A uniquely designed and personal program, created specifically for you, using various plant medicines, diet and training, allowing for an immersive and transcendental healing experience.

Ayahuasca and San Pedro will be used during ceremonies along with medicinal amazonian plants such as Shiric Sanango, Malva, Retama, Chuchuwasi, hierba luisa and Paico that work to detox and heal internal organs (including the liver, kidneys, stomach and the pancreas).

These powerful plants from the Amazon jungle work profoundly, healing your entire being, making space for a complete metamorphosis to occur in your life.

This healing immersion includes unplugging from outside distractions, connecting  with nature and focusing inward in order to reconnect with the most profound part of yourself.

Physical disharmonies are healed, emotional wounds are alleviated and a deeper relationship with your inner spirit emerges.

Delicious meals are provided. Our fish is freshly caught and all of our meats, fruits and vegetables are of the highest organic quality. Local herbal teas and freshly squeezed tropical fruit juices are also there for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

What is the Shamanic diet of Medicinal Plants?

It is a period of time where a person maintains a series of dietary and behavioral restrictions while ingesting medicinal master plants.
The basis of the diet is to form a bond and learn from the knowledge of medicinal plants and reach a conscious connection with nature, life, the soul and the human spirit.

During the retreat a strict diet consisting of chicken, fish, brown rice, grains, and unprocessed foods with no sugar, salt, added flavors, fruits or certain vegetables.
This is to respect the ancient traditions of shamanism and allow the master plants to connect deeper into our physical body and subconscious mind.

Ayahuasca, as part of this process, will be given to the participant before opening their diet and on the last day to close the diet with their protective Icaros.

The duration of the shamanic diet process with medicinal plants is a minimum of 8 days up to six weeks in our Ayahuasca Healing Retreat Center.

Why is it important to do a Shamanic diet?

The shamanic diet is associated with the desire for learning, healing and personal growth.

These plants work at three levels: physical, mental and spiritual.

The shamanic diet, more than a diet, is a process of spiritual balance.
Each infusion of medicinal plants opens the healing of the soul before the mystical exposure of medicine.

Ayahuasca also adds to the healing process and contributes to the initiation of the patient as part of the shamanic ritual.

Now, this diet—like any other—also requires willpower, dedication, and spiritual strength.

It is necessary to get out of the comfort of the routine and change the habits for the transformation and development of the character and personality of the participant.

For this reason, the diet of medicinal plants must be carried out in nature and with a highly experienced shaman.
As this diet makes them more susceptible to dieters and more sensitive to any type of external energy. As such, it is a best practice to maintain a quieter approach during the dieta and avoid talking excessively or be in contact with information that could alter the harmony of the participant. The participant should be as calm as possible for the best result of its treatment with medicinal plants.

They cannot be exposed to much sun, water, fire or smoke as well.

Under this regimen, ayahuasca will work the healing energy at the same time for the dieter’s learning. The spirit of the plants is present during sleep, also creating a reconnection of time, space and cosmic unity.
At that moment, the participants will see their virtues, develop their creativity, awaken the third eye of intuition, detoxify their body of harmful chemicals, clear the information from their mind, cleanse the energy system or chakras, balance and calm the nervous system that affects emotions (anger, anger, anxiety, fear, stress)

Diet treatment is very effective in a large number of diseases and disorders, and due to its characteristics and restrictions, it is not suitable for everyone. In the case of treatment with severe addictions we also find great effectiveness. For long periods of time in which the patient makes internal changes in behavior and life, the participants are constantly supported by the shaman shipibo maestros and all the people who help him in the process.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Please note that by signing up for our retreats, you are also agreeing to our refund and cancellation policy in which we grant 24 hours to cancel your reservation for a refund, minus any commission, transaction, or conversion fees we incur in processing your payment.
In the case that you cannot attend the scheduled Ayahuasca retreat program in which you booked, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll be glad to provide a credit towards a future retreat or the ability to gift your reservation to a relative, friend or anyone you’d prefer.

This will also incur an additional cost of 10% of the total payment of your Ayahuasca retreat .

Our Flower of life Ayahuasca healing retreat center reserves the right to not allow or accept any inappropriate conduct, activities and requests that are considered dangerous or may cause physical, mental, emotional or spiritual harm, or that are inappropriate and not aligned with our behavior regulations based on the harmony of our principles. If any circumstances arise that cause disagreement with our protocols, the participant will be removed from Flower of life Ayahuasca healing retreat center without the right to returns or refunds.
